BRAND STORY
When I was a kid, I was very ambitious to make things done neatly. Any of my friends in the same group as me definitely got a good score because I submitted the work on time and neatly. People have called me a professional since I was young.
Back in 2005, I worked full-time while renovating the house so that I had a chance to use various types of technicians involved in house construction and decoration. The difficulty was finding and selecting a professional technician at a reasonable price. I thought I chose very well, but, in the end, I received some bad experiences that many people would have encountered, whether it was late work, a messy home, unfinished work, and below- standard work. It can be said that I wasted my time solving problems with technicians. At that time, I thought that If I had an opportunity, I would like to make Thai technicians have a better standard.
To have more time for my family, I resigned from being a full-time employee to start my own business. I brought
together my professionalism and the ambition to create a standardized technician. Thus, I founded the VR-PRO mosquito wire screen with the intention of making mosquito wire screen installation easy for everyone. And ensure that customers do not need to worry about experiencing bad service (like what I have experienced). When starting a company, the most important thing from the beginning was the standardized work organization in every part, from the standard of the material in every part, both visible and invisible to the customer, the standard of salesperson, the standard of production, installation, and after-sales service. The next part I focused on was recruiting and training employees to fit the organizational culture, which consists of discipline, professionalism, and being a developer.
